By accessing or using TwistedLadder ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
TwistedLadder provides IELTS preparation materials, practice tests, and AI-assisted feedback. Content is for educational purposes only and does not guarantee any specific band score or examination outcome.
3. Accounts
You may register using an email address or mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
4. Payments & Refunds
All purchases are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are processed securely via PayPal. Access to paid modules is granted immediately upon successful payment. Due to the digital nature of the content, refunds are generally not provided once access has been granted. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, including practice tests, questions, audio, and feedback, is the property of TwistedLadder or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to share login credentials, redistribute paid content, attempt to reverse-engineer the Service, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TwistedLadder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Privacy Policy

We collect the email address or mobile number you provide at registration, your test responses and scores, payment transaction records (we do not store card details — these are handled by PayPal), and usage data such as pages visited and features used.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to provide and improve the Service, authenticate your account, process payments, send verification codes and magic links, and communicate service updates. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to authorised personnel only.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services: PayPal (payment processing), Twilio (SMS OTP), Google (OAuth login), SendGrid (email delivery), and Google Cloud Storage (media files). Each service operates under its own privacy policy.
5. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. Deletion of your account will remove all associated personal data within 30 days.
6. Cookies
We use session cookies to keep you logged in and to maintain your shopping cart. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
